Dr Osanlou is a consultant physician in clinical pharmacology and therapeutics and general internal medicine. He is a senior lecturer at Bangor University and also has roles with Public Health Wales and the Care Quality Commission.
Dr Lynne Grundy

Dr Grundy responsible for the strategic and operational management of research and development activity for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Lynne is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. She has worked in operational management roles, and in professional practice development and education, and has always been involved in research, whichever role she has been in. Lynne has a passion for ensuring that people have the opportunity to be involved in high class research in North Wales, and for supporting staff to develop their research skills.

Elizabeth Harrison is a senior nurse and the CRF Clinical trials manager. She has over 7 years of experience as a clinical research practitioner and is passionate about research and innovation within the NHS.

Lona Tudor Jones BSc (Hons), MSc, has experience in research with children and young people, in Advancing Healthcare Practice, leadership and management in health and social care. She is a certified Good Clinical Practice Facilitator and Associate Lecturer with The Open University.

Laura has a background of autoimmune disease research and drug safety for a global pharmaceutical company and over 10 years research governance experience in the NHS with a special interest in training.
Dr Rostam Osanlou
Lead Investigator
Dr Rostam Osanlou is a clinical pharmacologist and general internal medicine physician. He is an honorary lecturer at Liverpool and Bangor Universities and has previously been an academic foundation trainee and academic clinical fellow. His research interests include pharmacogenomics, pharmacovigilance and early phase clinical trials, including First-In-Human studies.

Mrs Emma Snashall (Osanlou) is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive experience of research in clinical trials, plastic and burns surgery, and medical education.

Dr Alison Cooper is a General Practitioner, who also has a degree in Pharmacy. She has been extensively involved in both commercial and academic research in North Wales and has also been working as a Senior Clinical Advisor for the Local Health Board.

Dr Anne Burton is a GP registrar in her final year of training. Her interest in research peaked while undertaking COVID-19 vaccine trials and she has gone on to be an investigator on other similar studies.

Dr Thomas Eadsforth is a General Practitioner and an honorary Senior Clinical Pharmacologist with a special interest in Neuropharmacology. He has an MPhil in Neuroscience and has 7 years experience working at a tertiary neuroscience centre.

Fiona is a Registered Nurse with experience in paediatric research and adult vaccine trials. Her passion for research evolved whilst working with children and young people with life-limiting/life-threatening conditions and also a previous public health nursing role. She is committed to delivering high standards of research in the NHS.

Cate has over 20 years of nursing experience and has 8 years experience working as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse. Cate also works in a community role as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse and Diabetes Educator. Cate has always had a natural interest in research and has recently joined the research team as a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist.

Rhiannon has over 2 years’ experience in delivering clinical trials research. She a degree in biomedical science and is currently completing her biomedical science MSc, starting her PhD in September. As Healthcare Scientist, she runs all of the CRF labs and has a special interest in neuroscience and immunology.
